Once an order is placed, there are NO REFUNDS on tickets unless the event is cancelled and a postponement date was not offered. NO EXCEPTIONS will be granted due to poor weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via the contact information you provided upon ticket purchase with instructions on how to obtain a refund. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser and are issued for the value of the tickets only. RISE tickets are transferrable and can be given to friends/family/etc. if you are unable to attend.
RISE of the Jack O'Lanterns is an event production company with fixed daily costs. We use the funds from our ticket sales to deliver our experience to you. Once you purchase your tickets we are unable to sell them to someone else. As such, we have a general no-exchange policy; however, we may be able to honor an exchange request based upon ticket availability as long as the following circumstances are met:
All requests for ticket exchanges must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of your original purchase. We cannot exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away, even if the tickets were purchased within the 72 hour period. Tickets that are for a future date may be exchanged based upon availability. Exchange requests will not be honored if either your original time slot or the time slot you would like to change to has sold out.
Vouchers purchased through Daily Deals websites that have been redeemed for tickets through our website and meet the exchange request criteria may be upgraded to general admission tickets for a different date and/or time based upon availability. As vouchers sold on Daily Deals websites are for specific dates and times at a discounted rate, any exchanges to these reservations that result in an upgrade to general admission tickets will incur an up-charge fee per ticket to match the face value of the full-priced general admission ticket. Vouchers purchased through Daily Deals websites that have not been redeemed for tickets on our website will have to be redeemed before an exchange can be made. To redeem your vouchers, click here.
Tickets for past dates and/or times cannot be exchanged or accepted for future dates and/or times. In the event that The RISE cancels or postpones an evening, instructions on how to exchange your tickets or obtain a refund if one is being offered will be posted on our website.
Patrons who exchange for higher priced tickets will be charged the difference in the face value of each ticket. Exchanges to lower priced tickets do not result in refunds. All tickets exchanged that meet the posted criteria will incur a $2.00 exchange fee per ticket.
If you cannot make it to your scheduled date and time and we are unable to honor your exchange request, RISE tickets are transferrable and can be given to friends/family/etc.
